I’ve planned vacations, at scale, for 10 years. A lifelong travel, hospitality, and transportation nerd, I started as an intern at Carnival Cruise Line doing itinerary planning. Subsequently, I worked at Holland America Line, Windstar Cruises, and Hurtigruten Expeditions in itinerary planning roles. At Hurtigruten I also led the customer experience function and led the preliminary process for a newbuild ship. These days, I’m back at Windstar developing itineraries for their eight-ship fleet.
